Honey, I Froze the Coffee Ice cream
A delicious symphony of sweet honey ice cream with a kick of caffeine is just what the dessert doctor has prescribed! Using frozen coffee cubes, and a healthy dose of honey, this ice cream blitzes up in the JTC OmniBlend in seconds.
Time in the JTC OmniBlend
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 350 ml water
- 150 ml double cream
- 2 tbsp honey
1. Dissolve the coffee in warm water and place in ice cube trays or freezer bags and freeze overnight.
2. Pour double cream in your JTC OmniBlend, add frozen coffee cubes and add 2 tablespoons of honey and secure the lid.
3. Blend using the 35 second pre-set timer function and use the tamper to manipulate the ingredients.
