General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Courier Information

We currently offer free standard shipping to all UK mainland addresses. Small items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class and can take between 2-3 working days to arrive. The majority of items will be delivered via Interlink Express within 1-2 working days with tracking information provided once orders have been dispatched.

Delivery to Non-UK Mainland addresses and Highland addresses will incur a minimum additional charge of £4 and a maximum charge of £15. If you are unsure of whether or not you live in a UK Mainland address, please contact us to verify.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same working day. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the package.

For an additional £10.00, we can upgrade the shipping service to EXPRESS 24 in which items are guaranteed to reach you within 24 hours of dispatch. For an additional £3.99, we can upgrade the delivery method for smaller items by shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping at very reasonable rates using UPS Standard, UPS Express and DPD/Interlink Express. Please enter your address details during checkout to find out the exact cost to your address.
