Simple and Spreadable Chicken Pate
You can pipe this easy chicken pate in puff pastry cups for canapés or spread it on some toast for simple lunch. Instead of chopping, mixing and using tons of dishes, the JTC OmniBlend makes this creamy pate with the simple press of one button!
1 small tub
Time in the JTC OmniBlend
- 1 chicken breast, - cooked, skinned, de-boned
- 1 spring coriander
- 375ml crème fraiche
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
1. Place crème fraiche into your JTC OmniBlend jug, then add all other ingredients as listed and secure lid.
2. Insert the tamper tool.
3. Blend using the low function for 30 seconds until smooth. Use tamper tool to coax the ingredients inside the jug.
