Very Berry Raspberry Sorbet

Who says desserts can’t be healthy? This quick sorbet is not only full of antioxidants, but a hint of rose water adds another level of elegance and flavour to this sweet sorbet.

Time in the JTC OmniBlend

  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 450 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 tbsp agave nectar/honey
  • 100 ml ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in the JTC OmniBlend jug and secure the lid.
  2. Use the Pulse function to blend ingredients for approximately 30 seconds, until 4 mounds appear. Use tamper tool if needed. Serve.
